SEND A CASE

Step 1 – Open a Monster Dental Lab Account

– Please email info@monsterdentallab.com to open a new account

– You will receive a Doctor Code which you will use to communicate with the lab in the future

Step 2 – Prepare the Monster Dental Lab Order Form

– Our sales team will send you our welcome package

– Instructions for order form attached in welcome package

Step 3 – Pack the Case Box

– You may place multiple cases in each box

– Fold and insert order form inside the box

– All previous markings and stickers must be removed prior to shipping in recycled/reused boxes.

– Wrap each model individually with bubble wrap or foam padding.

– Shipping any type of alginate: Please put Rx in a separate sealed plastic bag to avoid getting wet and destroyed. Staple the Rx bag to the appropriate case bag.
